Lucid dreams,
on purpose.

Most people try a technique, fail, and never learn why. REMstack logs every attempt — technique, alarm time, supplements, sleep — and shows you which combination actually works for you.

Why it feels random

You're not bad at this. You're practicing blind.

You guess the alarm time

A generic "wake after 6 hours" rule ignores your own sleep cycles. Wake from deep sleep and the attempt is over before it starts.

The dream is gone by breakfast

Unrecorded dreams fade within minutes. Without a journal you never see the recurring dream signs that trigger lucidity.

You can't tell what worked

The technique, the supplement, or the extra hour of sleep? Memory is a bad dataset. After a month the pattern is invisible.

How it works

A feedback loop for your nights

  1. 01

    Log in 60 seconds

Right after you wake: technique, alarm time, supplements, result. Big buttons, built for 5 a.m.

  2. 02

    Get your next step

Every log returns a concrete suggestion from your last 30 days: what to repeat, what to change.

  3. 03

    See what actually works

Analytics rank techniques and supplements by your own success rate, with confidence intervals instead of forum anecdotes.

Who's behind this

I'm Max, a data engineer and lifelong practitioner. I had my first Phase at 16. Since then I've been trying to get back there on purpose — and building the tools I wish existed for the practice.

REMstack is a one-person project. The tracker, the analytics, the knowledge base — I built them because I needed them. If you're serious about the practice and want data instead of mysticism, this is for you.

What "no woo" means

What we don't do

  • —Claim to teach you to "leave your body" in any literal sense
  • —Sell courses based on unprovable spiritual benefits
  • —Promote supplements without evidence
  • —Pretend uncertain things are settled

What we do

  • —Cite peer-reviewed research where it exists
  • —Mark uncertainty honestly
  • —Build tools that let you collect data on your own practice
  • —Stay open about how it's made

Questions

Is lucid dreaming safe?

For most healthy people, yes: it is ordinary dreaming with awareness added. The main cost is interrupted sleep from WBTB alarms, so don't practice every night. If you have a sleep disorder or a mental-health condition, talk to a doctor first.

Do I need a wearable?

No. Manual logging takes a minute and is enough for the analytics. A Polar device adds automatic sleep stages; Apple Health and Health Connect support comes with the mobile app.

What does it cost?

The tracker, dream journal, analytics, supplement database and knowledge base are free. REMstack Pro, with the AI coach and voice journal, will be an optional paid upgrade when it launches.

How soon will I have a lucid dream?

It varies a lot: some people get one in the first week, others take months. What REMstack changes is that every attempt teaches you something, so you stop repeating the same mistake.

Who can see my data?

Only you. Sessions and dreams are private by default, sensitive notes are encrypted, and community statistics are anonymous aggregates. You can export or permanently delete everything.

Is this about astral projection?

We cover the phase state and out-of-body experiences as experiences: what they feel like and how to induce them, without claiming anything literally leaves your body.
